The team reads every message and replies in plain language. No support ticket maze, no scripted responses.
Personality scores are estimates, not verdicts. If your report feels off, the most useful thing is usually to look at the underlying facets rather than the headline trait. A "low Conscientiousness" score can come from being very flexible (low Order) while still being deeply reliable (high Dutifulness). Tell us what surprised you and we'll point you to the part of the report that probably explains it. If we think the test let you down, we'll say so.
For hiring teams, we'll walk through how to set up a role profile, what the fit-score thresholds mean, and how to interpret a candidate's profile alongside their interview and work sample. We don't recommend personality testing as a sole hiring filter, and we'll be candid about where the evidence is strong (Conscientiousness predicting performance across most roles) and where it is thinner (specific MBTI types and outcomes).
Researchers can request anonymised, aggregate data for academic work. Journalists can request comment on personality research, hiring trends, or test-validity questions. We answer these within a working day where we can. For partnerships and integrations, include a sentence on what you have in mind so we can route the message to the right person.
