3. Accounts

You do not need an account to take free tests. If you create an account for the hiring platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The hiring platform is available through paid subscriptions. Prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact us with any billing concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeeMyPersonality and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
